By confirming a tour, the guest is expected to review the applicable booking, payment, cancellation and privacy conditions.
Booking arrangements begin after the required payment and are subject to availability.
1. Tour Booking & Confirmation Process
An advance amount is normally requested once the tour is finalised. The amount depends on travel date and trip conditions; closer departures may require full payment. The company then issues an invoice and begins hotel, flight, train and ground-service confirmations after funds are received. All bookings remain subject to availability.
2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
The confirmed itinerary defines what is included and excluded. Typical inclusions may cover accommodation, transport, assistance and selected activities. International airfare, tips, professional-camera charges and currency fluctuations are examples of items that may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
3. Advances & Balance Payment
The current policy describes advance payments commonly in the 30–50% range, with remaining balances usually required before arrival. Exact timing and exceptions are confirmed in writing for the individual booking.
4. Modes of Payment
Available methods include international bank transfer and secure online card-payment links. Bank and currency charges can affect international transfers, and card-processing charges may apply to online payments.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Retention charges increase as the arrival date approaches, and supplier-specific rules may apply to hotels, luxury trains, flights and rail bookings. Unused itinerary services are generally non-refundable.
6. Amendments Requested by the Guest
Changes are handled subject to feasibility, availability and any resulting supplement or cancellation charges. Flight-related schedule changes are accommodated where reasonably possible.
7. Amendments by the Company
Unforeseen events can require itinerary changes. Where necessary, alternative arrangements may be proposed and price differences can result in additional charges or refunds.
8. Special Requests
Guests should communicate celebrations, accessibility requirements, child seats, dietary needs, allergies, bedding preferences and other special arrangements in advance.
9. Force Majeure
Events outside the control of the company or suppliers — such as severe weather, natural disasters, civil disturbance or similar events — may limit liability or affect travel arrangements.
10. Liability & Responsibility
The current conditions limit responsibility for certain events outside the company's control and reserve the right to adjust itineraries where required for safety or regulatory reasons.
