This policy explains what information Affluent Travel And Leisure Pvt Ltd may collect, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to visitors and travellers.
By confirming a booking, guests are expected to have read and accepted the applicable booking conditions. A completed booking form and, where requested, passport copies may be required before arrangements are finalised.
After the tour is finalised, an advance amount is requested. The current policy generally requires 30–50% in advance, while bookings close to travel may require full payment. The precise amount is communicated by email.
Tour confirmation flow
Finalise the tour → pay the requested advance → provide required documents → receive confirmation → ATL confirms hotels, flights and trains → special requests are coordinated → settle the remaining balance → receive arrival-assistance information.
The itinerary supplied for the individual booking is the controlling reference for what is included and excluded.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refund calculations begin from the date the cancellation email is received.
| Cancellation timing | Retention |

Requested itinerary changes are handled subject to feasibility, availability and any additional or cancellation charges. Changes caused by flight delays or schedule changes are accommodated where reasonably possible.
Unforeseen events can require itinerary changes. ATL may propose alternatives and any price difference can result in an additional payment or refund. Changes are communicated with the guest and designed to minimise disruption.
Guests should advise ATL in advance about celebrations, mobility support, baby seats, altitude concerns, dietary requirements, allergies, bedding preferences or activities they particularly want to experience.
ATL cannot accept liability or provide compensation for loss, damage or expense caused by events outside the reasonable control of the company or its suppliers, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, severe weather, fire and similar unforeseeable events.
ATL, its operators and agents limit liability for injuries, losses, delays, irregularities or additional costs resulting from circumstances such as weather, transport delay, quarantine, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, government regulation or other events beyond their control. It also reserves the right to modify itineraries where required for guest safety or regulatory compliance.
